We provide support services and outreach programs on a donation basis, so no one is turned away because of financial limitations.

Over 50,000 children in our area will lose a parent before turning 18, and many others will lose a sibling or close relative. With only a small paid staff and a dedicated corps of volunteers, Peter's Place serves thousands of children and families each year. We also provide support and training to area schools on a donation basis. Your support helps us increase the number of children, families and schools we can serve and helps to educate the community about how to offer comfort and compassion to grieving families.

Donations to Peter's Place having meaning and impact.

• $30,250 keeps the doors of Peter's Place wide open to grieving families and our Outreach Program serving the community for one year.
• $13,925 provides a support group to 12 families for a program year.
• $7,200 provides one month of Outreach services - eduction and support groups, to the community.
• $4,000 helps keep Peter's Place in a low income school for a whole school year.
• $2,000 purchases a full year of children's supplies for support groups at our center.
• $1,160 sponsors a family at Peter's Place for a program year.
• $800 funds an 8 week support group for up to 10 grieving children in their own school.
• $250 refreshes worn out costumes, dolls and toys used by children to express their grief through play.
• $120 sponsors a family at Peter's Place for one month.
