Peter’s Place Bowl-A-Thon
Saturday, February 5, 2011 Devon Bowling Lanes, the Playdrome, was buzzing with excitement as 132 bowlers, from 24 teams, bowled in hopes of winning donated prizes for highest score, best dressed, needs improvement and most money raised. Teams were made up of Peter’s Place children, families, and friends of Peter’s Place. Music from volunteer DJ John Kelly kept everyone on their feet, as kids and adults danced through out the lanes while the strobe lights turned the Playdrome from a bowling alley to an energetic party!  The event was a time for children and families to enjoy one another's company during a fun day of bowling. The bowlers shattered their fundraising goal and raised over $18,000 for Peter’s Place!
